Real Estate Committee
The role of the Real Estate Committee is to analyze, negotiate and approve the purchase, sale, lease or sublease of real property.
The responsibilities of the Real Estate Committee are:
- Approve guarantees related to real property transactions and, subject to any limitations or terms imposed by the Kommon Koz Board.
- Analyze, negotiate and approve real estate-related financing transactions.
- Coordinate with expert abroad.
